POD

A pod is a small, semi-autonomous investment team inside a larger hedge fund.

Each pod runs its own strategy, capital allocation, and risk; almost like a mini hedge fund within a bigger platform

Typical pod structure:

• A Portfolio Manager (PM) leading the pod
• One or several analysts
• Sometimes traders / quants / developers
